Palisades Direct adds Mini Optimus Prime and Mini Cobra Commander to its inventory

Palisades Toys is proud to announce that its first two polystone products available from Palisades Direct are now in stock. The Mini Optimus Prime polystone statue and the Mini Cobra Commander polystone statue, both licensed by Hasbro, are available now at www.PalisadesDirectStore.com.

These are two distinctly different characters, commented Palisades President & CEO, Michael Horn, Cobra Commander represents absolute evil with his quest for world domination, while Optimus Prime is a hero, dedicated to freedom from tyranny. The only thing that they have in common in this instance, is that they have both been sculpted beautifully. Fans of GI Joe and Transformers will not want to miss out on these statues.

A 12-inch scale version of both of these statues have been released previously by Palisades; however, since that time, fans of both lines have requested a more affordable way to collect these highly detailed, dynamic statues. Therefore, both lines have switched to 6-inch scale statues. Palisades Direct is the ONLY place that consumers will be able to purchase the 6-inch version of Optimus Prime and Cobra Commander. Both are strictly limited to only 500 numbered pieces.

As an added bonus for fans of the Cobra Commander Statue, for the first 30 days this statue will be available with no shipping charges. This special promotion is being offered due to the fact that the statue was not available in time for the GI Joe Convention in Orlando at the beginning of the month. The free shipping does not apply to Optimus Prime.
