BreaKey Will Be Available On Store Shelves Regionally in December

Upper Deck Entertainment, a division of The Upper Deck Company, snaps in to the groove with the new fun and collectible key game, BreaKey. Upper Deck’s latest collectible craze will be available in limited retail outlets nationwide starting in December. A national product rollout will begin in February 2004.

BreaKey is a strategic battle game where two or more opponents use collectible keys, knowledge and skill to break off, create and resolve conflict, and win online prizes. The contestant that wins the break-off can claim glory as well as their opponent’s collectible key and key codes. Here, key codes can be used for online game play and to challenge online opponents, as well as the opportunity to win prizes.

BreaKey brings a total new dimension to collectible game play that includes strategic, constructive, and virtual elements, said Carol Stemmerman, vice president of Collectibles and Memorabilia, Upper Deck. BreaKey will challenge players to use all aspects of game play to win breakoffs against their opponents and collect additional codes.
